Prime location on the north-end lagoon! Rare waterfront beach house with a private dock and off-street parking located in the coveted north-end gardens area of Ocean City. Spend those hot summer days floating in the water or watch the boats cruise by while hosting family dinner from the enclosed air conditioned patio. Short bike ride to the beaches, boardwalk, or bayfront. All the activities for the perfect family vacation!

The space
Beach cottage charm for your family to enjoy. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with gorgeous views of the entire lagoon. Sun on the backyard deck. Master bedroom with private bathroom, guest bedroom with twin beds, trundle daybed in the living room.

The entire home and driveway is yours with storage under the porch for beach gear and water toys. Plenty of off-street parking.
