Recently renovated stylish one-bedroom condo just steps to the beach. Centrally located on 35th street our unit is close to shopping, restaurants, the Convention Center, and the boardwalk. Our private patio has a view of the beach and ocean, and the spacious kitchen has more than enough room to have some friends over for a meal. Located in Midtown, this area is full of nightlife, amazing restaurants, and a less crowded beach since there aren't any large hotels.

The space
Upon entering the space you'll notice an abundance of natural light filling the living room. The open kitchen and bathroom are centrally located with the bedroom tucked in behind. The entire unit was recently renovated and is now ready for your OC vacation! We have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in case you have a couple extra guests. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped to cook a meal or to entertain guests. The semi-private patio has a view of the ocean with bar height adirondack chairs for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or anything in-between.

Guests will be able to access all parts of the unit.

Other things to note
- We happily provide linens, towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, paper towels, and cleaning products. Just bring your luggage and we'll take care of the rest :)
- Due to the demand for our properties, we are not able to accommodate any late checkouts or early checkins. Sorry!
- If there are any concerns or items that need extra cleaning we require that you let us know by 3:15pm so that we can get our cleaners back there to address it.
- Please make sure you read over the cancelation policy thoroughly.
- We welcome and love hosting families with children, but our unit does not have some of the special features and items that Airbnb requires to be "suitable for children". We encourage all families to bring whatever items you need to make your stay more comfortable with little ones.
- You will have to climb (3) flights of stairs to access the unit. There is no elevator.
- We are very available and live nearby to help with any issues that may arise, but we also use some auto-messaging to help get you ready for your trip with all the important information.

Neighborhood highlights

Midtown Ocean City is definitely growing in popularity. I have grown up in Ocean City and it never used to be this popular! Between 22nd - 49th streets you have bayside dining, amazing breakfasts, beachfront pool bars, and karaoke! We are super close to mini golf, shopping, surfboard rentals / lessons, and laser tag as well. Not to mention that nearby is Coconuts beach bar, the only place in Ocean City that will serve you food and drinks on the beach! Park your car and leave the stresses of driving in Ocean City behind.

Hi! I have grown up in Ocean City and besides some time spent in San Diego for college, I have lived in Ocean City my entire life.
