It is an authentic Canarian house that has been recently completely renovated. The house is located in the historic center of La Villa de La Orotava with access on foot to all kinds of restaurants, shops and leisure areas such as Casa de los Balcones, El Molino and much more.

By car you have easy access to the Teide National Park, the beautiful black beaches, different old towns and hiking routes.

The big terrace is perfect for late night dinners and enjoying family time.

The space
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a small bedroom-office, a guest toilet, a full bathroom, and a split-level kitchen-dining area.

On the second floor, you’ll find the two main bedrooms and a 40 m² terrace.

On the third floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a traditional stone sink, as well as a weight bench for outdoor workouts on the adjoining 30 m² terrace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, 1.80 m tall fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful dinner.

Living Room: 46" Full HD LED TV with Netflix. Comfortable 5-seater sofa.

Amenities: Bath towels, shower gel, hairdryer, iron.

Parking: Large free parking area on the street.
