Featuring 3 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bath, plus a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, it’s designed and equipt for comfort and convenience.

Set on a quieter beach, yet close to dining and attractions, it’s ideal for relaxing or exploring. Beach service (2 chairs + umbrella) is included March–October, along with dedicated parking.

The space
Your 2,000 sq ft Gulf-front condo comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms plus 2 on a pull-out sofa, making it perfect for families or groups. Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for everyone.

Step into a large entry foyer—perfect for dropping beach gear—and unwind in generous living spaces designed for gathering. The oversized balcony seats 8 and is ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply taking in the panoramic views. There’s also ample indoor dining space for shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fresh local catch on the stove or oven, or head outside to the community BBQ by the pool. During peak season, beach service is included with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily, so your beach days are effortless.

Guest access
You will have a new beach boardwalk with 7-8 steps down to the beach, full access of our pool, pool bathrooms, foot & beach gear spray off area, outside shower, BBQs, and corn hole game.

Other things to note
You’ll have your own designated covered parking space conveniently located right next to the elevators for easy arrival and departure.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room—so laundry is private and out of the bedroom and bathroom spaces.

We also provide thoughtful beach essentials, including a cooler, beach towels, and extra chairs for your time on the sand. On the balcony, you’ll even find binoculars so you can take in the incredible ocean life and passing boats up close.
