Enjoy a large balcony with stunning views and generous common spaces with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, making it a guest favorite. Located in a quiet beach area close to great restaurants and attractions. From March through October, enjoy daily beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella included!! Dedicated parking!

The space
Our 2k sq ft condo sleeps 6 in bedrooms and 2 on pull out couch. Seating for 8 on the large balcony and enough for dinning inside. 3 large bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and large entrance foyer for all of your beach gear! Full amenities for your kitchen to make your fresh catch on the stove/oven or on the BBQ outside by the pool. During the summer season, we provide 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you daily!

Guest access
You will have a new beach boardwalk with 7-8 steps down to the beach, full access of our pool, pool bathrooms, foot & beach gear spray off area, outside shower, BBQs, and corn hole game.

Other things to note
You will have your own designated covered parking space right next to the elevators! A full size washer and dryer is located in the unit in a separate laundry room (not in a bedroom or bathroom). A cooler, beach towels, and additional chairs are available in the condo for use on the beach. Also, a new set of binoculars are available to use on the balcony to watch the beautiful ocean life!
