Welcome to Obera Sunsets! We have sought to equip our newly renovated condo to a high standard, in anticipation of your needs for a luxurious stay. We want you to feel relaxed while on vacation, whether it be enjoying a glass of wine, watching the stunning sunset from your private balcony, or having a coffee during your morning walk on the beach. Obera Sunsets is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind, while still being centrally located to all amenities. Minimum age of 25 required.

The space
Obera Sunsets is our home away from home in paradise. You'll enjoy a private fully equipped studio condo that has a bright airy beach house vibe.

For your comfort, we have a new king sized cozy mattress and 43" Smart TV, continue watching Netflix/Prime/Disney YouTube from your account. The living room is bright and spacious, overlooking Bell Channel Bay and Port Lucaya Market. From your leather reclining sofa you can watch TV or entertain yourself by watching the boats, jet ski's and occasional super yacht pass by.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, coffee maker, smoothie/cocktail blender and all the basic necessities needed to prepare meals.

Our large bathroom includes a dressing area with a marble vanity, mirrors, blow dryer, straightening iron, plenty of closet and storage space to hide away cloths and luggage.

We have made an effort to make Obera Sunsets feel like a cosy comfortable retreat. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise.

Please follow Condo Rules: No more than 2 people on property, no animals, no children and smoking 30 feet from front of building on the parking lot side.

Obera Sunsets is located in a small safe private gated community on the water.
Enjoy a swim in the heated pool overlooking the bay or take a 5 minute walk to the white sand beaches of Taino Beach. We have everything you need for a day at the beach that includes, two light weight comfy beach chairs, towels, beach mat, beach bag and tumbler, stay cold mugs.
We offer private parking and coin operated laundry facilities in the building.
Obera Sunsets is the ideal location. Surrounded by water, quiet & private, yet minutes away from the most popular, trendy cafés, restaurants & night life.

Other things to note
Obera Sunsets has recently been remodelled. Its bright, clean, airy and filled with coastal vibes. Upgrades include being freshly painted, leather reclining sofa, comfortable swivel chair, new barstools, new lamps, tables and down filled throw pillows with cozy chenille blankets. A new larger flat screen smart TV, enabling you to continue watching your favourite shows on your Netflix account or just streaming movies off the internet. Three new stainless steel, whisper quiet fans will provide a cool breeze on hot days and nights. New cotton sheets, a luxurious bedspread, a few different brands of pillows will be provided, as we know not every sleeper is the same. In the bathroom we have up-graded to thick Turkish cotton spa towels and provided a blow dryer and straighten iron. We are most excited about our new smoothie/ice cocktail blender in the kitchen.
Obera Sunsets is not your average vacation rental. It's for the person who enjoys the finer things in life, who wants to feel at home while on vacation.
