Oasis Villa is just a 15min walk from Cardedeu, a charming village 35min from Barcelona. Direct train from Airport T2 (1h05m).

Our villa is one of the few where a car is not needed, and with AC in each room.

Enjoy the calm countryside while being close to the vibrant city. Walk through Cardedeu village and enjoy local cuisine and modernist architecture, or take the train in to Barcelona.

The space
13 people can sleep in 5 rooms.

The villa is distributed over two floors with a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. A veranda wraps around one side of the house on both levels.

The first bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.Here you will also find a gallery with expansive windows, a dedicated play area for children, and a vast library grace the exterior of the villa. Each bedroom, as well as the living room and upstairs gallery, is equipped with air conditioning.

Discover numerous secluded corners both indoors and outdoors within the garden. Relax with a leisurely breakfast at one of the tables, immerse yourself in a good book on one of the benches, or unwind with a cup of tea or local vermouth in the cozy nooks beneath the trees. Outdoor activities such as ping pong and pétanque await, and a pool house complete with a full bathroom, beach towels, and laundry facilities is also at your disposal.

Indulge in sunny afternoons by the 10x5m salt water pool, followed by al fresco dining under the pergola while witnessing the sunset. Additionally, for enthusiasts of traditional paella, an outdoor paellero kit with a gas stove is available, allowing you to cook like a local.

Our accommodation is perfect for families and groups of friends who are visiting the region for events such as MotoGP, Formula One Grand Prix (circuit is only a 10min drive away), and America's Cup.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the house, with the exception of designated cupboards reserved for host personal storage, which will remain locked.

To ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, we have established the following house rules:

* Check-in hours are between 15:00 and 22:00.
* Upon arrival, guests will receive the keys to the villa and be required to pay the local tourist tax as per legislation. Credit card details will be requested for security purposes to cover any damages or loss of keys.
* Families with young children are responsible for their safety around the pool area.
* The villa is located in a residential area and is not intended for parties.
* Only guests within the reserved group are permitted to stay in the house.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in consideration of the residential neighborhood.

Exclusive holiday villa outside barcelona. We are a couple who have lived in Barcelona for many years. During this time we have explored the region of Catalunya and it's variety of culture and scenery. It's quaint towns, local festivals and markets, open fields, dramatic canyons and spectacular valleys  and characteristic beaches offer something for everyone; skiing, hot air ballooning, swimming, hiking, camping, rafting…. Our aim is to share our passion for the region, with this villa, providing guests with a relaxing sanctuary to enjoy a break, surrounded by lush greenery, with all you could need to enjoy your stay all year round. From this Oasis, you can also explore the vast array of culture, scenery and activities in the surrounding region.
