Vacation rentals with a pool in Maresme

When I arrived I met Monica and the house owner. They were super kind and polite and explained everything about the house. The instructions were clear and Monica replied very quickly if I had a question. The house has breathtaking views and is a perfect balance between beach and hiking with a local town with great restaurants and a lovely Sunday market! Sunrises and Sunsets were breathtaking. The pool was heated and great addition of relaxation. I left Santa Susana with a peaceful mind. Thank you for having me and my team ❤️ 100% recommend 😍

Fantastic stay. Would like to come back again someday. Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore both south and north of L’Estartit. We liked being in the country compared to some of the other surrounding beach towns that seemed a bit more congested. We liked the sand beach and the ease of parking. We are kiteboarders so we especially enjoyed looking over the bay and seeing the action on windy days.

We have been to Ines's house 3 families, and it was really a fantastic stay. The house is just as shown in the pictures, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The super-equipped kitchen, any cookware there is. It is also to be appreciated that I leave toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwasher. gel and bath shampoo..... All this much facilitates a short trip like ours, the truth. It was also very simple to communicate with Inés, being personally in the house to receive us and give us all the necessary explanations. Francesco's treatment was great! He was attentive at all times and very careful that we felt comfortable. The house is beautiful, we have a very nice family Christmas. The super clean and spacious stay has many amenities. The scenery that can be appreciated is great! The house is in an incredible location, with spectacular views. Clean, with air conditioning in every bedroom and a super well cared for garden.

It was a pleasure to spend a few days on vacation at Daniel's apartment. The environment is beautiful, the apartment is very well cared for and of a perfect size for the 5 adults we were, and the communication with Daniel has been great, always attentive and very quick to answer. We recommend it!

The apartment is super equipped, very clean and the owners are nice and available at all times. The apartment is located near a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants. There are also 2 bicycles in the apartment with which the sea can be reached in a few minutes. I recommend the accommodation and thank the owners for their hospitality.

This was one of my best experiences and I would recommend to anyone. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The apartment was in pristine condition. The place was extremely clean as if we were the first family ever staying there. The location is fantastic with much to do nearby.

I highly recommend this cozy home with sea view! My boyfriend and I were looking for a place walking distance to the ocean to slow down for a few days and absolutely loved this place. The host was extremely kind and made sure we had all information needed- probably the best user experience I ever had for a check in. (He made a super helpful PDF that explained everything crystal clear.) The flat was amazing and ocean view from the living room spectacular! It’s the perfect place to feel at home and enjoy a few days by the sea.

Group of 10 cyclists, had a great stay at this villa. It’s walkable into town with a nice outside space and high end finish inside. Good pool too.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

Great place. Great for family gatherings. Very welcoming and responsive host both before and during the stay. Be careful though to overload in the use of electricity which can create outages. Nice experience that I would recommend without hesitation.

We loved everything about our stay: the house is perfect in every way - beautifully designed and furnished and superbly equipped. We feel very lucky so have spent our holiday here and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect too - within a very short walk you have everything: beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Very cozy. Had everything you need to spend your stay. A very complete kitchen in terms of utensils and appliances. It resembles 100% in the listing. Communication with the host very smooth and quick. Recommended!

Mikelo was an unbeatable host. Very attentive, friendly and nice. Everything is taken care of with great care, to make you feel at home. Available for any need you may have. The house is spectacular. Loved our stay at Luis's. The house was very spacious with a great terrace. It was a 15/20 min walk down steps to the old town and we used the regular bus service to get back up the hill (cheap and pay with card). We enjoyed a mix of relaxing at house and trips to town & nearby attractions which were accessible by public transport. There was a bit of wear and tear around the swimming pool, but this did not negatively affect our stay.
