***The house is in the mountains, so you will hear and see different types of animal and sounds.

*** Please make sure all doors are kept closed at all times, and please Do Not open the garage door. Our home is in the middle of the mountains, and wildlife can get inside if any door is left open.

***Please do not leave open trash or any kind of trash outside.

***We love animals, but we can't accommodate any in the house as our family members have severe allergies.

***NO shoes inside please (we want to keep the house clean for our guest)

***No parties or events allowed ($500 fine)

*** No smoking or vaping, candles, or open flames ($500 fines)

*** Do not tamper with security devices($1000 fine)

Very safe mountain area with friendly neighbors. You can walk or run 1 mile just by following the loop. Walking at night lets you enjoy the night sky and see all the stars. You can bring your own telescope to see the stars clearly. Please drive slowly as neighbors walk their dogs & kids play.
