A spacious living room, bedroom and own bathroom is available in our semi rural home. The BNB area is separated by a door from the rest of the house. All outside areas are shared. Why stay here? It is a 25min drive to the beginning of the popular Pinnacle trail walk. There is a secure area for bikes. We are 3kms from the Thames Golf course and just 75mins from Auckland Airport. We have safe parking, and the area is peaceful.

The space
The bedroom has a King size bed**Please note, from mid-January '26 we will be swapping bed to twin king singles**. The lounge is very spacious, it has a dining table and TV. We offer Netflix. There is a small fridge plus tea/coffee making facilities, plus a microwave.

Guests have there own entrance.

During your stay
We used to live onsite but have recently moved(just down the road!).
I generally like to meet my guests, if not on arrival then perhaps during your stay or when you leave. Its nice to put a face to a name.

Now we have a young couple living in our home. They were hand chosen by us and will respect your privacy when you are staying, although they are very friendly and helpful so don't hesitate to ask for anything.

Other things to note
The Thames Golf Course is very handy. If you would like to play but have no clubs, we have a few spare sets. My husband is a keen golfer, he can point you in the right direction.
