We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated in a very quiet suburb with beautiful morning sunshine and seaviews. It was very clean and comfortable...my very tall husband appreciated the extra height of the shower too! Sheryll was a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, we absolutely loved it! It's the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature. Peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beauty—every moment feels like a breath of fresh air. It's also a great base to explore the stunning Karangahake Gorge and charming Waihi. The host is simply the best—welcoming, thoughtful, and always makes us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back again!

lovely batch ideal location. exactly what we were after. family friendly and walkable to everything. Had a family reunion all families were a minutes walk from each other. beach location with park and bbq was ideal for all kids and family. Brooke was lovely to deal with. we can't wait to visit again

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Really nice, clean and spacious place. Modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view of the water from both the living room and bedroom. Super comfortable bed and on site parking. Amanda was a great host, really friendly and accommodating while making the space feel like our own private refuge. Would definitely stay again.

It's hard to put into words how beautiful this location is... breathtaking doesn't do it justice. From check in to check out everything was smooth and friendly. The views are stunning. Short drive to Coromandel village and all the hikes. Bed is crazy comfortable. Explore the property, orchard, garden... it's amazing. Host was so polite they tried to take the blame for rain! Washer/dryer is a game changer after a day of beach and hiking. I arrived a 3/10 on my personal battery and left 10/10. Thank you, if I'm welcome I will be back!

Absolutely stunning location and sunrise views right from the living room! Walking distance to ferry to Whitianga, a good 30-minute walk to Cooks Beach. Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove are an easy 15-20 minute drive. Don't forget to stop by at Coromandel Town on your way and hopp on the tiny train ride there!! Loved it. Will be back. ❤️

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable. Lovely furnishings including comfortable bed. Very private. Nice views and surrounds. Husband enjoyed access to sky sport :) didn’t get to meet Chris as there was no need however his communication was excellent and he was highly responsive. Easy to follow all instructions. Great activities nearby. Would definitely recommend calling into Allpress for a tasting of their olive oils and other excellent products. Can also highly recommend the roadside crêperie in Oneroa.

The place was absolutely spotless and so so cute! We had a fire the first night with the cute stack of wood provided, and were able to cook up some yummy meals with the induction top. The shower pressure was great, and views of Mt. Karioi were lovely when the clouds parted. Unfortunately we did have a lot of rain and some of the roof leaked in non-bedroom areas, but we loved our stay!! Jenna also helped us find the place when we got confused!

We had a wonderful month long stay at Steve's place with family from overseas. Was absolutely perfect would highly recommend for anyone looking for an extended stay at one of the best beach towns in Coromandel. Steve was very helpful and made sure we felt at home our entire stay!

27 Banks Road Cooks Beach is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage right on the most amazing beach. The house is clad throughout in beautiful polished pine wood. New bed linen and towels which were of high quality were really appreciated and made for a very comfortable 2 nights. We had a couple of issues when we arrived, but Sarah responded instantly and resolved everything perfectly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the Coromandel Peninsula, which is a must if you are touring the North Island, we can definitely recommend this property

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

The hosts were so warm and friendly—they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. Their communication was excellent from the start, making check-in and planning seamless. They made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views and wonderful hosts, this is the place to be! Fantastic location with 3 children aged 5, 3 & 2 - neighbourhood green space & through to school with best playgrounds. House was very spacious, kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need including herbs & spices. Nice bathrooms, great shower pressure. One small thing, cleaners to check under beds, we found a couple of bottles & very dusty under couches when checking for any lost toys. We had a great stay & loved the house!
