Welcome to Wave Haven! Our spacious 2/2 condo has a stunning direct ocean view and is just steps from the beach. We are also a short walk to lively Flagler Ave where there is no shortage of great restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Onsite amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, lounge seating, charcoal grills, and a carwash station.
Voted one of Florida’s best beach towns, New Smyrna Beach (NSB) is a paradise for seafood, outdoor activities, and wildlife. We look forward to hosting you!
The space
Enjoy the recently redecorated and remodeled full kitchen with large granite breakfast bar and bathrooms finished in marble and tile, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and smart TVs.
Our unit is located on the 6th floor; guests will experience a beautiful ocean view from nearly every room.
Convenient elevator access with ramp walkways and luggage carts for easy load/unloading.
One premium reserved parking spot. Offsite parking may be used for additional vehicles in nearby public parking lots.
Direct beach access is available from our property. A public access point to the beach is also located just north of our building.
Less than a 10-minute walk to Flagler Ave, known for its delicious restaurants, lively bar scene, boutiques, and art shops.
Nearby attractions include: Smyrna Dunes Park, Marine Discovery Center, Flagler Avenue, Canal Street Historic District, and Old Fort Park. There are also several great golf courses, boat rentals, and tour outfitters.
We are dog friendly (1 dog max, unless approved by the owner in advance). If bringing a dog, please add them to your reservation and pay the one time pet fee.

Guests have access to our entire unit, except for one locked owner’s closet (off the kitchen), all onsite amenities, and a private gate to the beach.
Please note: No onsite parking for a boat or trailer. If you do plan to bring a boat, please contact the the New Smyrna City Marina (1 mile away). Slip rentals are approximately $50/day.
