The space
Perfect lake mountain getaway for 2 adult couples or a family with older children. No need to go home after a day on the lake! Enjoy beautiful lake views in this cozy, clean and convenient 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakeside hotel-like efficiency. Each comfortable, private bedroom unit has its own private full bathroom, queen bed, kitchenette, private entrance and porch with lake and sunset views, and many more essential amenities. The bedroom units are separated by an adjoining interior doorway for added privacy.

Located on the Youghiogheny River Lake at the entrance to the Somerfield North Recreation Area and the historic Great Crossing Bridge, you are a one-minute walk from enjoying the boat and kayak launch, courtesy docks, and fishing and picnic areas at the federal park. Also walking distance to kayak, paddle board and pontoon boat rentals. The perfect location for all your outdoor fun and sightseeing in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Only a 20 to 30-minute drive to local attractions such as: Ohiopyle State Park, Confluence, biking and hiking trails, Laurel Caverns, Frank Lloyd Wright attractions, Christian Clay Winery, The Casino at Nemacolin, Deep Creek Lake, and much more!

Loading/unloading area located on-site. Free parking is located off-site 100 yards away at the Somerfield Recreation area. Must be able to navigate a flight of stairs in/out of units.

Guest access
Guests have access to their own private unit which includes private porches, bedrooms and bathrooms. You also have access to a guest common porch area to enjoy the lake and mountain views. Guests use an electronic keypad to access their private exterior entrance to their unit.

Other things to note
- No smoking or vaping allowed in rooms or on property.
- On site loading and unloading areas are available for your convenience by your apartment. Parking is off-site a few yards away in the Somerfield Recreation area. Car spaces are on the left side of the parking lot. Do not park in the elongated boat parking spaces unless you have a boat trailer connected to your car.
- Must be able to navigate a flight of stairs to access apartment. Not handicap accessible.
- Check in using the provided key lock box code by your apartment door.
- Not recommended for children under 6.
- Our well water runs through a treatment system and is safe to drink from the faucets.
