This amazing 1898 two story home surrounded by stone wall is one of the oldest & most recognized in downtown Wise - centrally located & just 1 block from Main Street. Experience historic Victorian charm from a bygone era with modern conveniences for a memorable stay. This cozy guest room has a plush queen bed & detached full bathroom. Near Devil's Bathtub, High Knob, Guest River Gorge, lakes, Mountain Rose Vineyard, UVa-Wise. An hour drive to Bristol Raceway, Bristol Casino. Central A/C & heat

The space
Driveway parking is located within the stone wall at the side of the home. Enter the backyard through an iron gate, proceed down a short wooden walkway to the 1st door on the left and use an exclusive 4 digit code to open the electronic guest entrance. The guest staircase leads to the 2nd fl Cozy Turret Room

Ease into the realm of another time - the 2nd floor foyer delights history buffs and builders alike - with 12 foot ceilings, champagne damask walls, gold chandelier, transom windows, antique settee & mirror - old meets new with modern touches - the guest hospitality table holds a wide slot toaster, light snacks, bottled water, Keurig pods & brochures of the area. A large round glass top table for games/work

The Cozy Turret Room is accessible using an exclusive 4 digit code which also opens the exterior guest entrance. Inside, soft pale golden walls, tall windows, comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV, electric fireplace heater with flickering fire, storage bench, coat tree with guest robes, ceiling fan, closet, Keurig, mini fridge w juices & sodas, microwave, table, shelf, lamp, cushy loveseat, warm wood floors & serene sleep await

The private detached Turret full bathroom has a sparkling clean pedestal sink, bathtub with shower and hair dryer

Outside, relax on the columned front porch as the occasional neighbor passes by, walking their pet. There is truly nothing else like it! Small town charm is all yours
