Relax @ the North end of Pine Island in Bokeelia at this 2 bed 2.5 bath at Bocilla Island Club. This condo can sleep 6. 2 upper bedrooms with their own baths. Known as BIC, a premier condo complex that is very tropical. Each unit overlooks gardens and palms. The property is bordered on the North my Charlotte Harbor and on the S with Jug Creek. 2 large pools, boat launch, all new pier & under unit parking. 3 bikes, 2 kayaks with wheels, cooler and full Kitchen w blender, Kuerig & more.

The space
This condo is elevated with the main floor living, kitchen, dining room, half bath with laundry and a screened porch with 2 patio doors.

The main floor does open up into the patio to allow the breeze to come in.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with water and ice. Stove / Oven, blender, Kuerig coffee pot and a second larger coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, microwave and dishes / cooking utensils for your entire stay.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 a king size bed with night stands, full dresser, large closet and its own bathrooms with 2 sinks and a shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser and a wall mounted smart tv. Both bedrooms have lots of windows with plantation style shutters to get a good night sleep.

Lower level parking and storage area. We have 2 kayaks to use along with kayak wheels, paddles & life jackets. Cooler for you to use and 3 bikes to use.

Every condominium view overlooks award winning gardens and meticulous landscaping. You only have to visit once to understand why BIC is the "Jewel" of Pine Island. The complex is bordered on the North by Charlotte Harbor and on the South by Jug Creek. Our marina is protected and faces the Jug Creek side of the island.
