This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
It's a studio that's ready for a long or short stay suitable for both couples or a single person. You can cook yourself. We are 100 meters inside from the main road and near some green hills. The departmental store and small shops are available within walking distance. You can reach the bus stop or taxi stand within a minute of walking.
We have internet access all the time. There is a washing machine on the building that you can pay to use.

The space includes 1 bedroom and 1 kitchen with the necessary appliances. Wifi available 24 hours making it suitable for online work. Cold and hot water is available in the bathroom. You can enjoy a private balcony on the back of your apartment, and a common balcony at the front. we renovated this studio on February 2024, with white colours on the wall and parqueting on the dining and bedroom area.
