Welcome to Northbound A-frame, our brand new cabin nestled on 10 acres of northwoods! Located across from a small quiet lake, minutes from downtown Pequot Lakes, 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, Gull Lake, and so much more! Our cabin has all of the conveniences of a modern build, in a space that feels like a traditional up north cabin that has been a part of Minnesota for years. You’ll be able to enjoy our secluded property, cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, Loon Lake public access, and more!

The space
INSIDE
Inside our cozy 550 square foot cabin you will find a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and more. We do not have a dishwasher!

LIVING ROOM
We have a full living room with a comfy couch, chair, a big coffee table, gas fireplace, 2 person dining table, and beautiful views of our backyard!

BEDROOMS
We have 2 bedrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft, with access to an outdoor balcony that overlooks the woods!

BATHROOM
We have a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washer/dryer.

OUTSIDE
Outside our cabin you will find out 4 person Cedar Barrel Sauna, an outdoor fire pit, and access to 10 acres of beautiful woods. The public access to Loon Lake is just minutes down the road and is a beautiful place to enjoy the views!

Guest access
The cabin is located just 5-10 minutes from Pequot Lakes, where you can find great food, coffee, shops, and more! There is also access to the Paul Bunyan trail in Pequot Lakes that is great for biking!

Downtown Nisswa is 10 minutes away and one of our absolute favorite places to visit. There are amazing restaurants, breweries, and tons of shops!

Gull Lake is also a 10 minute drive and there are great restaurants and recreation options there as well!

In the winter months Ski Gull is also less than 20 minutes away and is a great place for tubing, skiing, and snowboarding!

Other things to note
IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Due to the size of our cabin the stairs to the loft and upstairs bedroom had to be quite steep, and may not be easily accessible for some guests, there is a railing, but please be careful going up and down!

2. The downstairs bed fills the room wall to wall on the sides, some guests may find it a little difficult to get in and out of bed.

3. The shower is brand new and very nice, however it is quite small and may not be the most comfortable for very tall guests!
