Our 3 bedroom cottage is located on a beautiful private waterfront lot, wooded and sunny all day. Our living net suspended from the ceiling offers a breathtaking view of the scenary!

The cottages were built with 100% local materials and furniture!

The space
Recent construction located on a huge private lot in Mandeville in the Lanaudière region (90 min from Montreal).

The cottage is located directly on the waterfront of Lac Noir, known for its tranquility and cleanliness (swimmable lake with no motor). A 24' aluminum/pvc floating dock and two kayaks are available.

The huge windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake from the kitchen, dining room and living room.
A SUSPENDED HOUSE NET FROM THE CEILING will allow you to lie down and admire the view from above!

Including 3 closed bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 2 on the mezzanine), the cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large island, full bathroom with washer-dryer, and a central 3-sided gas fireplace in the living room/dining room.

The exterior includes a furnished patio with propane BBQ (propane included), as well as a dedicated space for campfires (firewood not included).

Lanaudière is known as a paradise for ATVs and snowmobilers. Several FCMQ trails are only minutes away from the cottage.
You will also be able to enjoy many outdoor activities in the area: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing at Mont Val Saint-Côme, cross-country skiing at Chutes-du-Calvaire, hunting and fishing in the two nature reserves (ZEC des Nymphes and Réserve Faunique Mastigouche) and located near Lac en Coeur for trout fishing.

The cottage is also located a few minutes from the wonderful indoor/outdoor spa Le Natur'eau, 20 minutes from the municipal beach of St-Gabriel and the St-Gabriel Vineyard.

RESTRICTIONS:

*Pets (dogs 25lbs and under only) are accepted with restrictions; It is important to add your pets in the reservation.

**In order to continue renting our cottages and out of respect for the neighborhood, NO parties will be tolerated.

***Out of respect for the Lake Association, only personal Paddle Board type boats are allowed. It is OBLIGATORY to clean your paddle board before launching to avoid any contamination.

****The water in the area is a little sulphurous, so you will notice a sulphurous smell at times. Please be assured that the water is drinkable and it is not dangerous to your health! A Brita jug is also available in the fridge.
