The space
Check-in and check-out are very simple and stress-free with keyless entry. We designed the cottage with the rooftop, it is a perfect spot to relax after enjoying a soak in the hot tub (cleaned and maintained weekly). The backyard is cleaned and maintained weekly, so our guests enjoy the beautiful nature and feel relaxed and peaceful. The fence around gives you privacy. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.
The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The AC on hot days and heating on cool days. For your convenience a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry supplies as well as bathroom essentials, towels, hand sanitizer and dish soap were all provided. Essentials from coffee, snacks, tea and filtered water also provided
The house allows travelers privacy, tranquility, and cleanliness. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It will sure make you feel cozy and serene. Your vacation awaits!

Welcome and thank you for choosing NoHo Villa California! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house guidelines:
1. Smoking
We kindly ask that you do not smoke tobacco or cannabis inside the unit.
You’re welcome to smoke outside in the backyard, rooftop, or front area.
A cleaning fee of $400 may apply if indoor smoking occurs.
2. Parking
You’ll have access to two assigned parking spaces just outside the property for your convenience.
3. Parties & Gatherings
No parties or events unless you’ve received written permission through Airbnb.
Unapproved gatherings may result in a $1,000 penalty and loss of deposit.
We also ask guests to avoid loud music, fireworks, or any weapons on the property.
4. Guests & Pets
Only registered guests are allowed during your stay.
Additional guests or pet without prior notice will incur a $200 per person penalty.
We love animals, but we don't allow any pet for healthy other guests who may have allergic
5. Respecting the Space
We ask all guests to treat the home with care. If any house rules are broken, it may result in an early checkout, deposit loss, and coverage for any damages or extra cleaning.
6. Security Cameras
For everyone’s safety, we have outdoor cameras only.
Please don’t move, cover, or tamper with them—this may result in a loss of your security deposit.
7. Safety First
Please remember to turn off the stove and unplug devices like hair tools when leaving the house.
In the rare event that negligence causes damage or a fire, guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs.
