Studio Apartment inside a gate with access to lawn where you can park your bike.
This is a small apartment extension of our house with my parents living beside it. Our village is not a subdivision but is safe and never had crime reported for a long time. We had soundproof installed to minimize noise but not totally free of sounds from outside. Small cars can fit just to drop you off but no parking inside the village
-ideal for up to 3-4 guests no guest limit but only 2 extra foam is available. it's 14sqm room you can rearrange table to make it more spacious.
-you can use karaoke even at night or early morning because the sound isn't as loud outside coz of soundproofing.
-note there's water supply interruption between 2am-3am. so kindly stock some water on the bucket provided.

I kept this Airbnb a secret from my parents. If I succeed I will let them know. It's not easy doing things alone while working full time. Being a breadwinner, sometimes it's hard to make ends meet. I hope this really works out for me. I don't have an eye for art and aesthetics (wish I know how to drill walls to put hanging shelves lol!).
My place may look plain but I guarantee a comfortable place away from home.<3
