The space
Our cozy beach-themed penthouse is located in downtown Legazpi City.

Situated at the 3rd THIRD FLOOR of the building. A majestic view of the Mayon Volcano awaits you right outside the window of the penthouse. 🌋😊

A massage spa (Mont Albo) and skin clinic are in the ground floor of the same building.

Our bedroom consists of 1 double bed, 1 single sofa bed & 2 single floor mattresses.

You can walk or take public transport and easily be in restaurants, malls, cinemas, church, etc.

Important NOTE: NO GENSET.

On the 3rd THIRD FLOOR of One OJ building. Easily accessed with a flight of stairs.

Other things to note
Approved guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they're unsure about the rules for visitors. The whole unit is ideal for 3pax and maximum of 5pax ONLY because of the available beds and extra beds (floor mattresses). Php 500 per head per night will be charged in excess of 3 guests.
