You’ll love my place because of the location, it is loaded with New Orleans charm (chandeliers, fireplaces, 12' ceilings, wood floors) This condo is the prime ground floor unit with private front porch facing the blvd; 1 block to Annunciation Square; 1.5 miles to French Quarter; 2 blocks to Magazine St; 5 min. walk to St. Charles; 10 min. walk to convention center; 1 mile to I-10; location is fantastic. 2 Off-street gated parking spaces.
