Located in a charming historic Southern brick home, each apartment is a complete living area with its own full kitchen, laundry, and individual heating/cooling system, separate entrance & dedicated parking.

The best coffee & breakfast in town is right around the corner at Polo Grounds cafe, and all of historic downtown Aiken's shopping and dining is within a few blocks' walking distance.

Nonsmoking property that observes quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats.
