🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Our home is cleaned to the highest standards to ensure a comfortable and hygienic stay. We ask guests to assist by taking out the trash on pickup days (Monday and Thursday) and placing bins at the curb. Please return empty bins to the garage.
🐜 Florida Wildlife Notice:
Florida's tropical climate means occasional encounters with bugs, mosquitoes, and lizards, despite regular pest control. Please keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
🔥 Grill Usage:
The propane grill is available for guest use. If the tank is empty, replacements can be purchased locally, and we will reimburse you. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.
🏊 Pool Safety:
The pool is not fenced separately from the yard. Children must be supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
🔐 Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the home, pool, and fenced yard, except for two pantry closets reserved for housekeeping. A Blink doorbell camera is installed outside the front door for security.
📅 Travel Insurance Recommendation:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, accidents, family emergencies, or illnesses. Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
