Neva Villa is where luxury, tradition, nature and great comfort meet: a two-level stone-built holiday home, with a unique view, perfect surroundings and a spectacular swimming pool.

The space
Neva Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in its three spacious bedrooms. The villa’s first level features the vast, excellently decorated living room, the fully-equipped rustic-style kitchen (which has a direct access to the swimming pool) and a WC. The other level offers you three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a private bathroom and a balcony, a second with a double bed and a balcony, as well as a third with two single beds (that can be combined into a double) and a balcony. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. The central, furnished veranda enjoys a relaxing view of the surrounding area and the sea!

The outdoor area is simply marvellous, with lush greenery surrounding the villa. There is a stone-built BBQ, a dining area with a mini-fridge, as well as the luxurious swimming pool, which uses a cleaning system based on salt instead of chlorine, guaranteeing you a softer water and a better swimming experience!
