• Please inform us of your arrival time so we can prepare accordingly.

2. No Smoking
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
🔸 First offense violation will incur a ₱500 fee.

3. No Parties or Loud Noise
🔸 Please avoid loud music and gatherings, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). Let’s respect our neighbors.

4. Keep the Unit Clean
🔸 Kindly dispose of trash properly and keep the space tidy during your stay.
🔸 Excessively dirty units or stained beddings/towels may incur additional cleaning charges.

5. Respect the Property
🔸 Please take care of all furniture, appliances, and decor. Any damaged or missing items may be subject to additional charges.

6. Guest Limit (we can only accommodate 6pax)
🔸 Children below 2 years old stay free. Ages 3 and above are considered adults.
🔸 Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. Kindly inform us ahead of time if there will be any changes.

Broken Glass & Utensils Policy
1. Please handle all glassware, plates, and kitchen utensils with care.
2. Report immediately if any glass, plate, or utensil is accidentally broken during your stay.
3. Do not hide or throw broken glass loosely in trash bins. Kindly inform us so we can dispose of it safely to avoid injury.
4. Replacement fee may apply for broken or missing items. The cost will be deducted from the security deposit if necessary.
5. For safety, keep broken glass away from children and notify us right away for proper cleanup.
