Built by world-renowned Purcell, contemporary architecture is designed to work in harmony with the rugged Canadian elements. 30ft vaulted ceilings paired with floor to ceiling window walls produce a breathtaking backdrop while you sit back and cozy up in front of the artisan forged grand fireplace.
The space
An expansive open-plan living space is curated with handmade furnishings by local craftsman.
Air Conditioning to keep cool. High-speed fiber optic internet/Wi-Fi access throughout along with a 60" HD Smart TV.
Awake to picturesque views of Elephant Mountain in the top floor Master Suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and a deluxe ensuite. With views to match, the main floor bedroom has a queen bed and convenient access to a separate bathroom.
A fully outfitted kitchen, complete with stainless Blomberg and Monogram appliances, Braun Coffee Maker AND Nespresso machine (capsules included).
In-floor radiant heat, walk-in rain showers, Haiku smart ceiling fans, Medical-grade central air filtration system, full-size washer and dryer, blow dryer, and iron topped off with luxury bedding and towels will ensure your stay is as comfortable possible.
Guest access
Located on a private, no-thru street above Gyro Park in Nelson. With access out the back door to the infamous 'Rails to Trails' hiking trail, the property backs directly onto the green belt forest.
*Steep driveway access leads to outdoor parking. Access to the front door is atop a set of outdoor stairs. Another Set of stairs takes you from the main living space to the Master Bedroom Suite. Max 2 vehicles.
Keyless entry to heated storage room ideal for skis/boards, bikes, and other toys.
You will have access to the Timberframe Suite + garage storage.
There is a Door-cam located outside the front entrance to ensure security.
Other things to note
Recommended for couples, families (children >12 years), and friends looking for a quiet escape.
Driveway requires careful maneuvering and guests must be comfortable using stairs.
