Welcome to Paradise! The warm and inviting soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away from this 3rd story 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1100 sqft condo. The Nautilus is located on the beach and includes a heated pool, barbecue area, free parking, and of course the beach. No roads to cross here. Did I mention that beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) is included! March - Oct (weather pending). No high rises or busy beaches like Destin, but close enough to all the action. Book with us today!

The space
Our spacious beach condo is perfect for your next family vacation. We have all the amenities you'd expect to find in a well equipped home and even more! The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, all the necessary cooking appliances, and even a dedicated ice machine to fill up your cooler! We have a pack and play available for the littlest guests (bring your baby blankets/sheets). There are extra beach chairs in the bedroom closet as well as a collapsible wagon to help you haul your stuff to the beach. There are a bunch of beach toys and buckets available as well. The only thing you need to bring are beach towels and sunblock!

Guest access
You’ll have full keypad access to the condo (with beach view balcony), the beach, heated pool (during pool hours), and bbq / fire pit area. Elevators are available as well as luggage carts. There are also public bathrooms down by the pool.

Other things to note
We provide the initial toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is a convenience store next door and a grocery store across the bridge should you need more depending on the length of your stay. We have a full size washer and dryer that you can use and extra bath towels can be found under the bathroom sinks. 2 parking spots are included and parking is on-site. The office will give you a parking pass for the duration of your stay.

We have also prepaid for beach service, which includes the setup of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for the entire season (March - October). Just take your cooler to the beach and enjoy!

The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. The person over the age of 25 who has reserved the unit will be held accountable for all persons who are under the age of 25.
