You’ll love it because of the beach access, open, rustic and authentic design, vintage decor, access to P-town, Chatham and elsewhere, spacious sleeping (new king bed), open kitchen, screened in porch and high-speed internet, multi-room A/C, EV charger, 55" 4K TV, ping pong table - great for couples, families & groups - fresh towels & sheets included!

The space
One-of-a-kind custom designed home, with skylights and stained glass, sleeps ten, and rents by the week, Saturday to Saturday in June, July and August. Shorter rentals with pricing discounts available off-season.

You'll have access to the entire house, basement, two-car garage, patio with Solo Yukon fire table, wraparound deck with propane grill, ping pong table, and, of course, beach equipment! Full kitchen, laundry, Netflix/HDTVs, EV charger from our solar panels, multi-room music system with Bluetooth, jetted tub, A/C in all bedrooms, networked printer, and high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, hang out room with queen sofa bed with 55" 4K TV and Bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer. We also include a highchair.

Local super-responsive property manager available for questions and problems.

Listen to the surf and smell the salt air - minutes' walk to the beach with an outdoor shower to clean off the sand. In the evenings, relax in the enclosed porch or sit by the newly renovated firepit on the patio and listen to the waves crashing in the shore.

This is a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday in June, July and August

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house. Full kitchen, Keurig/Nespresso/Aeropress, front-loading washer/dryer, HD TVs with Xfinity/Netflix support and high-speed mesh WiFi. Garage is available and includes beach gear - chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and a ping pong table.

The pantry has staples, firepit has wood, please replenish what you need.

Please note that traditionally on the Cape, people bring their own towels and sheets to beach house rentals. We include fresh sheets and towels from Cape Linen in the rental and they will be delivered and picked up at the beginning/end of your stay.
