Located near Pathardi Phata, which is the first entry to Nashik City and the first access for people wishing to go to Shirdi, Devlali, Trimbakeshwar and other top destinations of Nashik City. The place has great open views of nearby parks and hills which can be enjoyed from 2 large balconies.

The apartment is comfortable and basic and fulfils the requirement of small families or business travellers. Weather is pleasant. Sunrise mornings and cool evenings.

The building has its own walking path and small park. Covid guidelines may apply.

Food and groceries are easily available by online ordering or at short driving distance.
