The space
N43° Mont was designed for groups who want room to spread out and a setting that makes every season feel like an occasion.

In winter, it's your basecamp for Loon and Waterville Valley — skis and boots go in the mudroom, coffee goes on in the gourmet kitchen, and by afternoon everyone's back in the hot tub with steam rising over snow-covered peaks. Movie nights in the private theater, games in the bunk room, a fire going in the great room.

In summer and fall, swap skis for golf clubs — Owl's Nest Resort is three minutes down the road — or spend the day hiking Franconia Notch, kayaking the Pemigewasset River, or doing nothing at all on the private deck. Evenings still end the same way: the hot tub, the fire pit, and a table big enough for everyone.

Five bedrooms with king and queen beds sleep 12 comfortably, plus a dedicated bunk room with a PlayStation for kids. Three full bathrooms, a professional-grade kitchen built for group cooking, smart TVs throughout, and high-speed WiFi for anyone working remotely.
