Relax in the open great room 1st floor with a large couch, 65” HD Smart TV! Full kitchen and dining area seating. Laundry on 1st with 1/2 bath and full sleeper sofa. 2nd FL has 1800's charm with cathedral ceilings, 2 Queen bedrooms, and bath w/shower - Linens provided.

Step outside to a private fenced in yard w/BBQ grill, w/ outdoor seating and dining or play cornhole

1st Floor:
Open Great Room on the first floor for relaxing & relaxing recently renovated. Central Heat/AC = comfortable & cozy.
A pocket door separates the main level bedroom with pull-out couch + washer/dryer closet and half bath offering privacy for guests.
2nd Floor: 2 Queen bedrooms - bath with shower
Nice private fenced in yard with patio & grill, dining table & chairs, and comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing!

Park your car in the driveway - room for 3 vehicles - and walk to downtown Mystic! Minutes driving time to Mystic Aquarium & Mystic Seaport.

- Linnens and towels provided.
- Shampoo, Body wash, and conditioner in shower
- Pack-N-Play, high chair, booster seat, and kid friendly plates, bowls, cups, sippy-cups, and utensils are onsite.
- Keurig Duo Coffee maker onsite to make individual K-Cups or a full pot of coffee.
- Coffee and K-Cups and Tea provided as well as an electric tea kettle.
- Weber propane grill on patio.

Location location location!!! We are located near the best restaurants in Mystic as well as the many great experiences that happen in this "Must Sea" area. Mystic Adventure "The nicest launch in Mystic" is less than 300ft away and offers Paddle Board, Kayak, and Bike rentals on the Mystic River close to the Seaport! Great nearby restaurants by walking include The Engine Room, S&P Oyster, Bravo Bravo, The Shipwrights Daughter, Via Emilia, Chapter One, The Mariner, the Oyster Club and more! The Mystic River Park has a boardwalk and park area to relax by the river. Stroll to Drawbridge Ice Cream for a great warm weather treat or walk over to Water Street to Sift Bakery for some world class treats from their bakery!
