Guest access
We provide private keyless entry through a guest access code. Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked space under the house and the locked owner’s closets.

Other things to note
**ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING. (If you smoke in the house or on the porch you will be charged a $1000 Ozone Fee.)

**Must climb stairs to reach first floor of property.

** No Motorcycles permitted.

**We only rent to guests with prior Airbnb experience and at least 1 review

**NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc.

**Early check in is available for a fee-please ask before arrival.

Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
