The space
Coming from a large family that loves to travel and understands that the best memories are captured together, this newly renovated home is fully furnished and designed with you in mind. We want this to be a core memory for you and yours.
We have thoroughly enjoyed living in the City of Birmingham. Throughout the home, you will find amazing canvases depicting some of our favorite and most historic locations. Each bedroom is named after a historic Birmingham landmark.

**Each bedroom has a dedicated closet space with hangers, shelves, and storage space for your convenience.
All bedrooms include a 55-inch Roku Smart TV with cable included. [You are free to log in to your own streaming accounts.] The main living room has a 65-inch Roku Smart TV.
LIVING SPACES
PATIO
One of our favorite areas is the inviting patio located just off the kitchen on the main level which is fully furnished and the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, brunch mimosas, or all three. This area also has a propane grill for evening barbecues.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. We also provide a dedicated beverage area that boasts a Keurig and an assortment of coffees, teas, and all accouterments. There is also a spacious walk-in pantry with snacks and other kitchen needs. Upon arrival, you will find a snack basket on the kitchen counter. In addition to the spacious kitchen, there is a four-top dining space just off the kitchen and living areas.
LIVING ROOM
The comfortable living room is definitely the center of fun on the main level. In this cozy space, you will find a 65-inch television with access to cable and all streaming networks. It also includes a Bluetooth ceiling fan with hideaway blades that plays the music of your choosing. Just beside the stairs is also a closet filled with all of the best board games for a relaxing and fun game night. Did we forget to mention you can set the ambiance with our electric fireplace?
BATHROOMS
There are full bathrooms located on both the lower and main levels. Each bathroom has a full vanity with storage included and a shower/tub combo. They each also include Bluetooth speakers for your enjoyment.
MEDIA ROOM
The Media Room is probably our second most favorite area in the house this space is outfitted with a dreamy sofa, a Pacman console, and PS4 and has 2 dedicated workspaces! This is the perfect area to curl up with a movie or a book and pass an hour or five! It also has our signature hideaway fan with a Bluetooth speaker.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The home also includes a fully stocked laundry room that comes with a starter kit of detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc.

For your convenience and security, there are cameras to monitor the exterior of the house and each entrance is equipped with keypad locks. (Door codes are changed upon each departure)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of locked storage areas downstairs and outside.

Nestled in a revitalizing neighborhood in the heart of Birmingham, this property offers unmatched convenience for your travels. Located less than 10 minutes from major attractions such as the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), Uptown, Topgolf, Legacy Arena, Protective Stadium, and the upcoming Amphitheater opening in Summer 2025, you’re always close to the action. Easy access to the interstate also puts you less than an hour from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and under 30 minutes from the Hoover Met—making it the perfect choice for game days and special events!
Also, We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
