Our WiFi is recently enhanced T-Mobile 150-300 mbps downloads with unlimited data.
You will have access to all of the upstairs residence including the utility room, porches, and fire pit as well as the covered carport. One of the two driveways has a 50 amp outlet to charge your EV!(extra fees will be applied as per kilowatt usage)

Guest access
Guests can access both front and side yards and surrounding woods not on other private property. Trailers may be allowed with one week limit. Please contact me if you need to park a trailer
The carport has a convenient bike or dog washing station as well as an outlet to charge e-bikes using your manufacturers charger.
The Back 40 trails are a short walk or ride from the cabin.

Other things to note
In the warm weather months you MUST use bug repellent and plenty of it. Please do not leave food outside for wildlife and use good sense when hiking.
Pets are safest on a leash. Please be aware that small doggies can be prey to raptor birds such as hawks and owls so never tie them up outside and leave them unattended.
You must pick up after your pets!!!! There is no fenced yard so when they are outside they must be leashed for their protection as well as my neighbors pets. There is an excellent unpaved road by the cabin that’s great for dog walks or letting them run!
Please wear protective biking equipment when you’re riding the trails and if hiking, please step off the trail for the bikers.

There’s a Walmart Super Store and a MacaDoodles in Jane, Missouri which is just over the state line and about 10 minutes drive from the cabin. Medical services available in Bella Vista at Mercy urgent care and emergency, 10 minutes from the cabin.
There is a large veterinary clinic on Mercy Way and 71 in Bella Vista at the Blowing Springs exit.
Also there will be magazines and maps available to you in the cabin on the breakfast island
