• Light Cooking Only: You are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. However, please refrain from cooking fish or other strong-smelling foods, as the aroma easily lingers in the unit.

• Kettle Use: The electric kettle is strictly for boiling water. Please do not use it to boil eggs or cook any food.

• Fire Safety Notice: Please mind the appliances while cooking. The building has a sensitive smoke detection system, and false fire alarms may result in building-enforced fines.

• Eco-Friendly Reminders: To help us conserve energy and water, please double-check that all lights, appliances, and faucets are completely turned off whenever you leave the unit.

• Waste Management: Kindly segregate and dispose of your trash in the designated bins. Please note that improper garbage disposal violates building policy and may incur penalties.
