Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath house located on the beach, just south of downtown Ensenada. We are on the Punta Banda peninsula which offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Simply "Paradise Found".

The space
Our house is located in a secluded area just south of downtown Ensenada. We are not located near the city center, it's a 40-minute drive to downtown. The beach is usually wide open with almost no one on it with the exception of a few neighbors. There are no bars/restaurants within walking distance. We have a full kitchen, and we usually cook most of our meals at home. The closest restaurant/bar is a five-minute drive with the closest full grocery store about 15 minutes away. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, this house is it.

Guest access
No key is given for the garage door. Any owner property is locked up, tampering with any locked storage will result in full loss of your security deposit. Please do not park on the steep driveway going to the underground garage. Doing so may cause damage to the house and will result in loss of deposit.

Other things to note
Internet has been upgraded, to a much faster more reliable connection of a 25 / 25 mbps link. While this is not FiOS speeds it is a huge increase over what we used to have and is quite fast for where our house is located. We do not allow for more than 8 guests, allow for loud parties or weddings.

Neighborhood highlights

Our house is located on the end of a secluded peninsula in Punta Banda. There is 24/7 security with one road in and out. There is not a lot of car or foot traffic near our place making it a relaxing place for families.
