📝 Individually registered check-in for each guest
For the smooth running of the accommodation, we request the completion of an online form before arrival. Each person must provide: full name, active phone number and a copy of the identity document. This information is required to validate access to the apartment.
🕥 Early check-in & Late check-out
Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
If you want to check in early (from 13:00) or check out late (until 13:00), we offer these options for an additional fee of 100 RON, depending on availability.
Please let us know in the initial message if you would like to benefit from this service, so that we can confirm your availability in advance.
👥 Declared guests = accommodated guests
It is essential that the number of people mentioned in the reservation is identical to that of those who will actually be accommodated. Any inconsistency may result in additional costs or changes to the accommodation conditions.
🚫 High-traffic activities and unannounced visits
The home cannot be used for parties, events, or meetings with unregistered people. Frequent visits or use of the space for purposes other than those stated may result in additional charges and immediate cancellation of the reservation without the possibility of a refund.
📸 Commercial use (photo, video, campaigns, etc.)
If the apartment is to be used for commercial activities (photoshoots, filming, branding, etc.), it is mandatory to let us know in advance. Different rates and conditions apply from the standard ones, depending on the nature of the activity.
🚪Possible intervention from the team
Access to the apartment is guaranteed to guests throughout the stay. However, in the event of complaints from neighbors, unjustified noise, suspected violations of the regulations, or the inability to contact guests, we reserve the right to enter the space without prior notice to prevent damage or undesirable situations.
🎥 Surveillance & Prevention
For your safety and the peace of mind of the building, the apartment is equipped with:

• smoke and noise sensors inside.
They do not record the activity of guests, but help to monitor compliance with the rules of cohabitation.
