The back lawn sits elevated — perfect for sunset drinks, slow morning coffee, and now fully fenced for the dog. Sleeps 6 across two bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, and a loft. Dogs welcome.

The home

A fully refinished modern beach house on Fort Pond, walkable to everything that makes Montauk Montauk — downtown restaurants, Montauk Brewing, the IGA, the LIRR station, and Town Beaches are all within a 5–10 minute walk. The house has been redone with smart home features, Bluetooth audio throughout, central AC, gigabit wifi, and an open-concept design that opens onto an elevated back lawn with sunset views over Fort Pond. Sleeps 4 in bedrooms - 6 total, and dogs are welcome ($75 pet fee)!

Inside

A primary bedroom with en suite bath, a second bedroom, a second full bath, a loft with a full-size mattress, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. The eat-in kitchen has a Viking wine fridge, Keurig, and everything you need to cook a real meal. Dedicated laundry room.

Outside

The full yard is yours, and it's now fully fenced — great for kids and dogs. The elevated back lawn is the spot — picnics, lounging, and the sunsets peeking over Fort Pond. From Memorial Day through October 31, you also have an outdoor firepit, dining setup, BBQ (one propane tank included), 2 bikes for getting around town, and beach towels.
