M Studio is an AFFORDABLE studio apartment with basic amenities available for transient stays.
Our place is clean and well-ventilated. It includes a king-sized bed, A/C, private toilet and shower. Dining utensils, plates and mugs as well as an electric kettle are provided.

Blow dryer, iron and ironing board available upon request.
Additional adults (16 and above) for Php400/each/night.

The space
Owned by a family of artists who has been living in the area for more than 20 years. The area is filled with sculptures, art work and plants.
We cater to all kinds of guests: like backpackers, couples, barkadas and families on a trip. We even offer short- to long-term living spaces for workers who have projects or temporary work assignments near Nuvali or Technopark at a discounted price.
The unit can accommodate up to two extra guests.
We are located next to a major road which may not be suitable for light sleepers since the noise of traffic can carry inside the rooms.
For shopping and meals, there are a couple of sari-sari stores and affordable local dining options nearby. Food delivery such as Food Panda and Grab is also available. More information will be shared upon check-in.
Other options to get around are through public transportation: jeepney and tricycle (Tagaytay - Balibago route) and rent-a-car services.
Laundry and massage services available upon request.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to access the apartment unit, garden area and parking spaces at any time of the day.

- Make memories last. Experience LIVE FACE CASTING with sculptor Manilito Mondejar for an introductory price of Php 3,000.00 per person (inclusive of materials). The session lasts for about one hour and another two hours for drying. You can bring home a plaster-of-paris face mask, a one-of-a-kind souvenir!
