The space
The accommodation, just renovated and ready to welcome you (from July 2020), is a brand new 50m2 apartment. The attention to detail, the exclusivity of the furnishings, the choice of colors and materials enhance a comfortable living space, intimate and pleasant to live.

Located on the 6th floor of the building (with lift), M’Place is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom.

M'Place is perfect for a young couple in love or a new family with a child. But it‘s also designed to accommodate a family with two children or up to 4 people. Indeed, the living area is equipped with a sofa bed which if necessary can become a comfortable bed for two people.

The living area is very bright and it has a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), a dining table and a equipped kitchen. The kitchen has oven, fridge, gas stove, hob and the need for cooking.

The bedroom, large and very bright, is equipped with air conditioning, TV, a wardrobe, a dresser and two bedside tables, as well as a comfortable double bed and a balcony with a suggestive view over the city.

The bathroom is cozy and has a large shower, hairdryer and linen.

M’Place is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi.
