Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire above-garage home, its covered deck, front porch, yard with fire pit, and the gear-storage bay. The rental sits behind a brick bungalow that the owners or their guests occasionally occupy. The bungalow shares only the driveway that leads to your private entrance—no indoor or outdoor living spaces are shared.
Other things to note
- Access via exterior stairs—may not suit guests with mobility limits
- The home sits above an unused 3-car garage; the bay nearest the steps is unlocked for gear storage and the charcoal grill—no vehicle parking inside.
- Lovingly renovated older home with charm: if you're expecting a newly constructed home with zero flaws, this may not be the home for you.
- Both bathrooms are inside Bedrooms 1 & 2.
- Photos show fall colors; views and foliage change each season.
- This is a quiet home on a dead-end street, but neighborhood sounds may occur (kids, dogs, lawn mowing, etc).
- Stays longer than seven nights require a weekly cleaning and inspection. We arrange the service; the guest covers the cost which can be between 25 and 100/weekly. This keeps the home tidy and prevents unexpected deep-clean fees at checkout.
