Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage and the surrounding 2.4 acre property. Enjoy the mountainside setting, beautiful trees, and local wildlife. The only exception is a locked garage on the property, which is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Winter guests:
Cottage is accessible by any vehicle. Winter weather can make mountain driving more challenging without an all-wheel drive or 4X4.

Mountain living:
Despite consistent pest control maintenance, you will likely experience nature and all it's bountiful insects. For your safety, please do not leave food outdoors.

Inclement weather:
Refunds for weather related power outages, loss of Wi-fi due to local storms or other things out of our control will not be granted.

Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the front exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

This isn’t a corporate rental, it’s our personal retreat, built with love and care. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
