MORI KAWA is a slow luxury mountain retreat in the hills of Chiang Dao.

This 40 m² private suite features a queen bed, air conditioning, WiFi, and a bathtub facing the mountains.

Wake up to birdsong, enjoy breakfast at our café, and unwind on your private terrace. A natural waterfall is just a short forest walk away.

The space
Mori 1 is a 40 m² private mountain suite designed with Japanese-inspired simplicity and natural materials.

The space features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, WiFi, and a private bathroom with hot water. A freestanding bathtub faces the mountains, allowing you to soak while enjoying the open view.

The private terrace overlooks the hills and surrounding forest.

Breakfast is included and served at our central café. Dinner is available upon request from our menu (extra charge).

Located about 20 minutes from Chiang Dao’s main road. The access road is narrow with some steep sections, but well maintained. Private parking is available on site.

Solar panels provide backup during occasional rural power interruptions.

A third guest can be accommodated with a futon-style extra bed (additional fee).
