Renovated loft on two floors a few meters from Geriba and Ferradurinha beaches.
First floor with bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, TV (netflix/cable ), full kitchen and AC. Second floor with bathroom, kitchen with sea view, living room with a single sofa bed, new AC and TV.
Large open terrace with table to eat, garden and shower.
All furnished and decorated with good taste. 7 minutes from Porto da Barra and 15 from rua das pedras, center of Buzios. Come and relax by the sea.

The space
In the lowest floor we have a full kitchen, a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a super comfortable Queen bed and a full bathroom.
Going up the stairs, you arrive at a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a complete kitchen, a complete bathroom and a beautiful terrace and garden also with an outside shower.
For the sofa on the second floor, we have a foam mattress that you can put on top of this sofa to be more comfortable. There's also a skylight above it, so it doesn't stay completely dark when the sun comes up, but it's still very comfortable and serves as an extra camera upstairs.
Downstairs is great to sleep up to 4 people and it gets really dark; so, to sleep is great!
The loft is located one minute walk from Geriba beach and 5 minutes from Ferradurinha beach. It is quiet and excellently located, even with a sea view. Enjoy your staying!

Regarding parking:

We do not have parking included in the loft rental.

In Búzios, in all places where the blue strip is located, parking is allowed, but it has to be paid and the city hall staff stops by so you can pay directly to them. Inform yourself about this when you get there, in case any rules have changed...

Furthermore, there are also places with a white strip where parking is free and without fines... Of course, it is always necessary to check where it is prohibited, because then the person will be fined... We have never been fined and we always park on the streets… The loft is not responsible for fines from guests…

The guest also has the possibility, if they wish, of placing the car in a private parking lot for a fee: there is more than one closed and very secure parking lot, very close to the loft (less than 3 minutes walk.)
