Moonridge Getaway is located right in town in Moonridge here in Big Bear Lake is located just a few minutes away from the Bear Mountain ski slopes, Big Bear Lake, the golf course, and the new zoo. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home! Relax in the 90 Jet Spa and enjoy the gorgeous views. Kids have an ARCADE GAME!

During winter you must carry chains in your vehicle while traveling in the mountains. AWD or 4X4 vehicles are recommended as there is a steep driveway.

Comfy 3BR/2BA home located in Moonridge just 2 minutes away from Bear Mountain Ski Slopes (about 15 min walk), the golf course, the new zoo and 6 minutes away from the lake and Snow Summit.

The Casita area will be unoccupied during your stay.

LIVING SPACE - Welcoming 1365+sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, TV, and arcade game. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed, double bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

AMENITIES - Arcade game with 300 games, poker set, pack n play, and a highchair! Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. This home offers smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace or take a dip in the 90 Jet Hot Tub! Enjoy the convenience of an on site washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - 90 Jet Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the illuminated large back deck with 90 jet hot tub and fenced yard with string lights! Propane if empty are the guest's responsibility and could be filled by the guest.

PARKING - 3 car driveway.

Guests has the entire main house property (3BR/2BA) during their stay. Home is super close to Vons, Stater, Walgreens & Starbucks. Perfect base-camp for your Big Bear Adventures.

The Garage and Casita (room above the garage) are not accessible and will not be occupied during your stay.

-7 guests max, children/infants included. Daytime visitors allowed as long as it does not exceed 7 people at any time. Property owner and manager can and will charge $50 fee per person per day for each unregistered guest on the property.
-Max of 3 vehicles allowed on property and no street parking.
-Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
-The spa must be covered when not in use. Spa (Hot Tub) can only be use from 7am-10pm per Big Bear Lake rules.
-Must review and sign Good Neighbor Policy, booking party must be present at time of check in.
-NO PETS due to severe owner allergies, no exceptions for SA or emotional support animals. Additional cleaning fees of $250 will apply.
-NO Smoking, No Vaping & No Drugs. Additional cleaning fees of $250 will apply.
-Big Bear Lake requires that you haul away your trash to ‘Clean Big Bear’ sites (Garstin Dr.). If you need to make arrangements to haul your trash away, please contact your host/property manager to arrange a trash pickup for a fee. Any trash left behind without host approval will be charged $25 per bag.
-Our property is equipped with two noise monitoring devices (NoiseAware) which only measure the level of the noise, nothing else.
-Security cameras located on the outside of home for security purposes pointing outside of the home. a) driveway b) front door c) backyard
-Late fees apply if guest stay beyond the stated check out time. (unless a later check out time was agreed upon by both parties in advance).
-Charge of $15 per 15 minutes. Late check out that go beyond 4pm of the check out date will incur the current date's rate as an automatic re-book plus any fees/penalties by Airbnb or city/county.

Greetings! Welcome to Moonridge Getaway... My husband and I have lived in Florida where it's beautiful but everything is flat. We have family in California and when we visited would come up to the Mountains at Big Bear. Since relocating to California, we wanted our girls to experience the wonders of Big Bear Lake, specifically what Moonridge has to offer with it's close proximately to Bear Mountain and the new zoo which they love! Although, they are too young, I did enjoy the golf course that was just a step away. We love to share our home and hope you could create your own fond memories at Moonridge Getaway.
