Comfy 3BR/2BA home located in Moonridge just 2 minutes away from Bear Mountain Ski Slopes (about 15 min walk), the golf course, the new zoo and 6 minutes away from the lake and Snow Summit.
The Casita area will be unoccupied during your stay.
LIVING SPACE - Welcoming 1365+sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, TV, and arcade game. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed, double bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.
AMENITIES - Arcade game with 300 games, poker set, pack n play, and a highchair! Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. This home offers smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace or take a dip in the 90 Jet Hot Tub! Enjoy the convenience of an on site washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - 90 Jet Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the illuminated large back deck with 90 jet hot tub and fenced yard with string lights! Propane if empty are the guest's responsibility and could be filled by the guest.

The Garage and Casita (room above the garage) are not accessible and will not be occupied during your stay.

-7 guests max, children/infants included. Daytime visitors allowed as long as it does not exceed 7 people at any time. Property owner and manager can and will charge $50 fee per person per day for each unregistered guest on the property.
-Max of 3 vehicles allowed on property and no street parking.
-Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
-The spa must be covered when not in use. Spa (Hot Tub) can only be use from 7am-10pm per Big Bear Lake rules.
-Must review and sign Good Neighbor Policy, booking party must be present at time of check in.
-NO PETS due to severe owner allergies, no exceptions for SA or emotional support animals. Additional cleaning fees of $250 will apply.

-Big Bear Lake requires that you haul away your trash to ‘Clean Big Bear’ sites (Garstin Dr.). If you need to make arrangements to haul your trash away, please contact your host/property manager to arrange a trash pickup for a fee. Any trash left behind without host approval will be charged $25 per bag.
-Our property is equipped with two noise monitoring devices (NoiseAware) which only measure the level of the noise, nothing else.

-Late fees apply if guest stay beyond the stated check out time. (unless a later check out time was agreed upon by both parties in advance).
