We take a lot of pride in taking care of our guests and home. We routinely have maintenance, pest control, and yard work done to keep it in good shape. We also keep improving on the house - recently, we installed outdoor patio fans to keep the bugs away and to stay cool in the summer.

Trash Day
The trash bins are located in front and outside of the garage, to the side.
Our local assistant provides concierge trash service by pulling them to the front and returning them to their spot for garbage days.
Spa Maintenence
We have professionals coming out to the spa once a week. They typically come on Wednesdays and are there for 15 minutes for a routine spa checkup and chemical balancing. If you have any questions, please contact us. Thank You!
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home (main house, garage, backyard, and front yard) except for the cleaning closet storage.
No matter how small the need - Please do not enter the cleaning closet storage unless otherwise permitted by the homeowners.
Other things to note
⚝ Just so you know, the desert is a wild place, and occasionally, insects, reptiles, and other pests are evident. If so, please make sure you are safe and let the host know. ⚝
