The space
Nagpur, the winter capital of Maharashtra, has a dry climate, especially during the summer. Unlike the humid environment of cities like Mumbai, Nagpur’s weather is ideal for 'Desert Air Coolers'. Our home is equipped with two large desert coolers with float valve arrangements that are more than sufficient to keep the entire house cool, even during peak summer months. Please note, these coolers are installed seasonally from 1st March to 30th June each year.

Veranda: Relax in the veranda, which has a comfortable seating arrangement for you to unwind.
Living Room: Equipped with a TV, D2H, radio, DVD player, and high-speed WiFi. There’s also a cozy couch and a single bed for extra sleeping space.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed and a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed) and an attached bathroom.
Dining Room: Seats up to four guests comfortably.
Modular Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, and sandwich maker—perfect for preparing meals with your own ingredients.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, both with showers and hot water geysers.
Laundry: A private open space at the back with a 6.0 kg fully automatic washing machine, perfect for longer stays. You can dry your clothes in this private space.
Safety Features: A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is centrally located in the house for your safety.
This ground-floor unit stays naturally cool, offering you a comfortable and refreshing retreat, especially during the summer months.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, with specific areas made available based on the number of guests in the reservation.
Please ensure you select the correct number of guests when booking, as this helps us prepare the space accordingly. For example:
3 guests: One bedroom with a double bed will be made available, and the third guest will use the bed in the common area. In this case, the second bedroom will remain locked.
1 guest: The guest will have access to the entire property except for both bedrooms.

Check-Out Policy: Check-out is strictly at 10 AM. However, late check-out is available at a special rate for evening or early night departures on your final day. Please inquire in advance if you need late check-out arrangements. Note: Early check-out does not qualify for a discount.
Unmarried Couples and Bachelor Groups: As this is a family homestay, we kindly ask unmarried couples and bachelor groups to message the host before booking.
Accurate Guest Count: Ensure that you select the correct number of guests when booking. The space will be prepared accordingly. For example:
3 guests: One bedroom with a double bed will be provided, and the third person will use a bed in the common area.
1 guest: Full access to the property except for the bedrooms.
This helps us arrange the space for your comfort.
Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is not included, but for longer stays, we can arrange cleaning (floors and bathrooms) for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if this is required.

Breakfast Option: A homemade breakfast can be provided during your stay for an additional charge. Just let us know in advance to make arrangements.

For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the premises; however, there are no cameras installed inside the apartment. As per government regulations and for the safety of all guests, we require identification before check-in. Your understanding and compliance are appreciated.
