The space
Upon arrival, take in the beautiful setting of the Buffalo Mountain and Gore Range snowcapped mountains that surround the property as well as a serene creek that flows behind the home. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll even catch a glimpse of a fox, deer, or moose grabbing a drink of water early in the morning.

Your group can spread out and relax as the main level consists of an open concept living and kitchen area while the comforts of the two bedrooms are on the second level. The living room also contains an American Leather Sofa.

From there, you’ll enjoy the comforts of the well-appointed home that just speaks you are in a dreamy mountain setting. From the plush faux pillows, blankets and the toasty fireplace this is an easy place to warm up after a long day.

Sip your morning coffee or hot tea and prepare the ultimate breakfast with a fully equipped kitchen consisting of top of the line Bosch stainless steel appliances, as well as a Ninja coffeemaker and blender, toaster, crockpot, dishware and a host of spices and condiments for cooking. Dine at the 6 person custom made wood table with integrated built in seating that opens up into the kitchen.

Weather permitting, also enjoy the outdoor patio including the rustic Adirondack rocking chairs overlooking the stunning mountain range and creek with an outdoor patio heater.

During your downtime, stay entertained in the living room with a 65-inch brand new flat screen TV, cable, and wireless internet throughout.

This townhome offers a premier location for outdoor activities and entertaining that satisfies everyone! Located two miles North of the I-70 Exit 205 on Highway 9 with easy access to Silverthorne and an abundance of skiing. This townhome is a 15 minute drive to Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, 35 minutes to Vail, and 50 minutes to Beavercreek. You will not find a more centrally located townhome to 6 world-class ski resorts than this one.

If hiking or snowshoeing are more your pace there are trails abounding within minutes of your front door! Also, fishing enthusiasts can enjoy trout fishing right outside the property’s backdoor on the beautiful Blue River.

If zipping down mountains or hiking up 14ers is not your idea of a fun time, enjoy the town of Silverthorne and the numerous shops and dining options by taking a short 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into town.

Have kids? Please enjoy the sleds in the garage and hit the nearest hill for some ultimate sledding and fun. There is also a park located on the Summit County Recreation Path within a 15 minute walk of the property as well as the Silverthorne Recreation Center.
