The space
Incredible two-story home built in 2020. One king bedroom and en suite luxury bath on first floor, three bedrooms and two full baths on second floor, including king suite. There are three steps up onto porch and front door entry.
Owners sometimes stay in private basement apartment. Separate entrance in back.

Guest access
Guests will have whole house; there is a separate-entrance basement apartment which the owners sometimes reside in. Access is via back yard/driveway. Guests have full access to driveway parking for up to three cars (tandem-style) and street parking in front of the house. Front and back yard patios are for guest use; there are patio cushions in the back yard deck box (please return them to box before checking out).
Commercial media production (audio/video podcasts; photo shoots, etc.) allowed only with owner's consent prior to booking; studio fees will apply.

Other things to note
No guests other than who is officially booked for, NO parties allowed or there will be a fine!
No smoking in house or on property - fines enforced.
Security cameras on outside of property.

I met my husband while we were both living in Pasadena, CA. (where I grew up). Then we decided to shake things up a bit and move to Madrid, Spain. We were lucky enough to visit 14 countries in 14 months! We visited many of these countries by booking AirBnb listings (look up Brian Babb and Sue Babb, his mom & our co host, to see some of the places we have traveled). We moved back to Utah in 2013 when we were pregnant with our first child... now we have 4! We love to travel, eat, drink coffee and local beer, attend sporting events, explore new cultures and meet new people! We fell in love with the AirBnb concept and decided to bring it with us to Utah!
