Our home is specifically optimized for refreshing airflow and functionality.
🍃 Smart Cooling Layout:
The entire house is effectively cooled by a heavy-duty, centrally located 2HP Split-Type Air Conditioner in the main living area.

Kitchen Glass Door: Our fully equipped kitchen features a sleek glass door. You can keep it closed while cooking to trap the crisp, cool air inside the living and sleeping areas, or open it up if you want the AC to cool the entire layout.

Bedroom Airflow: Both bedrooms are equipped with tower fans and exhaust fans to help circulate cool air from the main living area throughout the rooms.

🛏️ Sleeping Layout:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Bunk Bed (Double-deck with single top/bottom), a built-in wardrobe with hangers, a dedicated work desk, tower fan, and an exhaust fan.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Single Bed, a built-in wardrobe with hangers, a dedicated work desk, tower fan, and an exhaust fan.
• Living Area: 1 comfortable Sofa Bed that easily accommodate 1 additional guest

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.

• Parking – Free designated street parking is available behind the unit on a first-come, first-served basis

🚫 House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, and no-pets home. Indoor smoking or bringing unauthorized pets will result in a ₱2,000 deep-cleaning fee. Strictly no outside visitors, gatherings, or unregistered daytime guests are allowed at any time—only registered guests included in the booking reservation are permitted on the property.

Note: For subdivision security compliance, all confirmed guests must submit a copy of a valid government ID via Airbnb chat prior to check-in to secure a Guest Gate Pass.
